Serving all of California — in-person, telehealth, and home-based visits where available.
AIRI is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency — including fever or chills with a central line, severe trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, uncontrolled bleeding, or a line that has been pulled out — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Request a consultation
Complex intestinal-failure and TPN care needs record review, insurance verification, and clinical prioritization before an appointment is booked, so AIRI uses a request-and-triage model rather than open online booking. Send this short request and a coordinator will call you to collect the rest securely.
Keep this brief. Ordinary email is not secure. Give us enough to reach you and understand the situation in one sentence. The coordinator will collect medical detail and records over the phone or by secure fax.
Sending this request does not create a clinician–patient relationship and is not a substitute for medical care. If your situation is urgent, call (209) 313-4433. If it is an emergency, call 911.
