Privacy and accessibility
How this website handles information, and how to reach us if any part of it is hard to use.
Website privacy
This website is an informational and referral-coordination resource. It does not store the information you type into the referral or appointment-request forms. When you choose to send a form, the contents are placed into a message in your own email program, and nothing is transmitted until you press send in that program.
AIRI does not place advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-recording software on referral, scheduling, or patient-education pages.
Protected health information
Ordinary email is not a secure channel for protected health information. Send clinical detail and records by secure fax at (209) 290-3664, or from a secure or encrypted email account. AIRI uses secure fax, secure document storage, and HIPAA-capable systems for information that identifies a patient.
A Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at the time of enrollment. To request a copy, call (209) 313-4433.
Accessibility
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader, to work on small screens, to respect reduced-motion settings, and to meet contrast requirements. If any page is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, call (209) 313-4433 and we will provide it another way.
Language assistance
Interpreter services are arranged at no cost to the patient. Tell the referral coordinator which language is preferred, and note it on the referral form.
Scope of this website
Information here is general and does not replace individualized medical advice. Nothing on this site guarantees a clinical outcome or represents accreditation or payer participation that has not been established and verified. AIRI is not an emergency service.
